Since its establishment in 1958 Cumbria Cold Storage Ltd has systematically embraced new technologies as they have become available. In 2012 we implemented a green initiative aimed at reducing our carbon footprint.

Due to ever increasing environmental pressures, we have attempted to help with our carbon footprint and reduce the impact we, as a company, leave and have installed a government backed 100kw Photo Voltaic system to produce our own electricity.
